Slop Tower Defense progression is roster-gated. Maps and difficulties only open up when your attackers, splash options, and eventual farms work together. If you are brand new, skim Getting Started before obsessing over S-tier names.

Starter discipline
Beginners lose runs by stacking Freddy Trashcan or similar farm fantasy before damage exists. Your first board goal is simple: survive Base Normal with real attackers, claim Playtime Rewards and Quests, then redeem codes after ten wins. Only then expand into economy optimization for Endless, AFK Stars, or long Event grinds. Wallet math lives on Currencies.

Building a flexible roster
Aim for coverage across Brainrot Bases, Toilet Territory, Retro Revival, raids, and Event maps described in Maps. A single hypercarry rarely solves every playlist. Keep at least:
- Reliable single-target DPS
- Splash for clumps
- A late farm plan for Endless
- One upgrade craft goal so duplicates have a purpose

Trading and inventory hygiene
Before trading away a unit, ask whether it still clears your hardest comfortable map. S-tier demand is real, but brick accounts happen when players trade their only clear squad for a name they cannot yet support with upgrades. Stay in the official trade UI; never share passwords; never install “trade unlocker” executors — see Scripts and How to Trade.
